The following forms must be completed:
- Arizona Cycling Association membership (opens in new window)
- Mile High Middle School registration (opens in new window)
The following fees must be paid:
- $125 membership to the Arizona Cycling Association (ACA), paid directly to the ACA during online registration
- $35 purchase of a team jersey (yours to keep), payable by check made out to “Mile High Middle School” with “MTB jersey” in the memo field and provided to the team head coach
- $110 school sports fee (per sport), payable online at the PUSD Webstore by selecting “Mile High” as school and “Athletics” (not mountain bike activities) as the item or by check made out to “Mile High Middle School” with “school sports fee” in the memo field and provided to the team head coach. This fee is tax credit eligible. Other fees are not.
The following fees are optional:
- $150 season race package or $60 per individual race, paid directly to the ACA.
- Various apparel options (tee shirts, hoodies, etc) are sold at cost, typically around $20 – $40.
